Can I switch plans at any time?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from your account settings. When upgrading, you'll be prorated for the remainder of your billing cycle. When downgrading, the change takes effect at the start of your next billing period.
Can I try the Pro plan before committing?

What happens if I exceed my event limit?
We won't cut off your data. If you exceed your monthly event limit, we'll continue ingesting events and notify you. You'll have the option to upgrade your plan or purchase additional event packs. Consistent overages may require a plan upgrade.
Do you offer discounts for annual billing?

What payment methods do you accept?
